Because our ladies are direct employees rather than gig workers, tipping is completely optional and never expected, but always appreciated as a thank-you for exceptional care. You can hand a cash tip directly to your technicians or ask our Kernersville office at (336) 245-8257 to include a tip on your scheduled billing.

Every Maid Brigade visit is backed by full commercial liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. We suggest tucking away sentimental keepsakes before your appointment, and in the rare event that an household item is damaged during cleaning, our staff reports it right away so our Triad office can coordinate a fair repair or replacement.

Meet Courtney

Courtney, or Court as we call her, joined our Maid Brigade of Charlotte family in July 2022. She started out shy, and over time, we have watched her blossom into the sweet, joyful, and fun person we know and love today.

Court may not say a lot of words, but she has her own way of communicating, and we see it every day in her interactions with our ladies and office team. She does an amazing job taking care of our laundry and keeping our office space in order, and we are so happy to have her as part of our team.

When she is not working, Court loves singing karaoke, listening to Justin Bieber, cheering for the New England Patriots, drinking coffee, making jewelry, getting pedicures, and anything Hello Kitty or Stitch!

We are so proud of Court and grateful to her family for allowing us to be part of her life. Having Court on our team means a lot to us. She is a reminder that everyone has talents to share, and with the right opportunity and support, people can find a place where they belong and thrive.
